Returns
All returns must be approved by Glamor Gold prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
Glamor Gold reserves the right to refuse any refund request if the return is due to size or design variation, as stated in the Colour/Image Disclaimer clause of the Terms & Conditions page.
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
- Take a photo of the product to be returned.
- Contact our customer service department via Whatsapp to request a return.
- Upon approval, securely package all items, including the box, invoice, and authenticity cards.
- Ship the product to the address given by our customer service representative within 7 calendar days.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will promptly inform you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
Custom-made Products
As custom-made products from Glamor Gold are highly customized and tailor-made for individual customers, such products cannot be returned for a full refund. If you wish to return a custom-made product for any reason, please contact our team via Whatsapp to arrange a return.
Once the returned item is received, the product will be weighed and valued at the gold price of the day, and 50% of that value will be refunded. Workmanship and postage fees will not be refunded.
